Movie Watch Parties for Covid-Conscious Folks

Each month I host a movie watch party online. The movies featured highlight relatable themes for the Covid-Conscious community. All are welcome and there is no cost to participate.

Join me on Saturday, January 24 at 3pm ET /2pm CT/1pm MT/12 noon PT for this month's movie pick, "Groundhog Day" (1993, run time 1 hr 41 min) on Netflix.

If you receive my newsletter directly, the watch party link will be sent to you 5-10 minutes before the movie start time. You don't need to RSVP to join. If you're not on my mailing list, you can sign up here - free option is fine. I won't sell or share your email address or any other info you provide at signup. You can unsubscribe at any time.

You'll need to join from a computer to use the chat feature (text only, no video or audio). You'll also need to be logged in to your your own Netflix account and you'll need a free Teleparty account. You'll also have to add Teleparty to your browser, so get that set up ahead of movie time. These instructions will walk you through it.

Casting to TV isn't compatible with the Teleparty app, but if you'd like to watch on a larger screen, you can connect your computer to a TV with an HDMI cable and change the input source to watch on a bigger screen.
